Dr. Chelsea Dunnehoo grew up in the charming small town of Liberty Hill, Texas. She developed a passion for veterinary medicine at a young age through her involvement in 4-H and her desire to help animals. Dr. Chelsea attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and subsequently earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. Following graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Chelsea completed a one-year equine medicine and surgery internship at Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery in Weatherford, Texas, and went on to complete another one-year internship in large animal medicine and surgery at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Dr. Chelsea enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine with a special interest in small animal internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. Her goals are to provide the best possible care for every patient and develop meaningful client relationships.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Chelsea enjoys supporting her Oklahoma State University Cowboys (Go Pokes!), team roping, and spending time with her friends, family, and fur-babies Socks and Pumpkin.
