I do not have enough words to express how grateful our family is to Dr. Jimmy and his entire staff. For years, they cared for our beloved boy, our sweet and always happy 12-year-old lab Jax, with warmth and attentiveness that went far beyond medicine. Every visit, they treated Jax not simply as animal who was a patient, but as family. They loved him like he was their own. They knew him. They knew us. And that kind of care is so rare. On his very last day with us, that care meant more than we could ever say. Dr. Jimmy and his team surrounded us with compassion, patience, and gentleness during the hardest moment we faced. They gave our fur baby, Jax, dignity and comfort, and they held space for our grief without ever rushing us. They let us say goodbye the way Jax and every fur baby deserves. Words truly cannot describe the character and integrity of Dr. Jimmy and every member of the staff at Arlington Heights Animal Hospital. They are the kind of people who made an unbearable day just a little more bearable, simply by being who they are. If you are looking for a vet and veterinary team that will love your fur baby like their own and treat your family with genuine kindness, compassion, and care, you will not find better. I cannot recommend Arlington Heights Animal Hospital enough! Dr. Dominguez was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in with Marley, we felt cared for and respected. The treatment Marley received was truly top-notch—professional, compassionate, and thorough. What impressed me the most was the honesty. They took the time to explain everything, recommended only what Marley actually needed, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary tests or treatments. As a pet owner, it’s such a vulnerable and emotional experience when your fur baby isn’t feeling well. Finding a veterinary team that is honest, ethical, and genuinely has your pet’s best interest at heart is priceless. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Dominguez and the entire team at Arlington Heights Veterinary Clinic. They have earned my trust, and Marley will definitely be coming back. We have been bringing our pups here for 10 years. I have my degree in animal science, and have been so impressed with the level of customer service, knowledgeable staff, and kind compassionate hearts that work at Arlington Heights Animal Hospital! Every staff person I have worked with has been quick to listen and hear our concerns! I can't imagine taking our dog anywhere else. I would strongly recommend Arlington Heights!
