Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide timely care to all patients needing appointments and procedures. Because appointment and surgery times are reserved specifically for your pet, we kindly ask for advance notice if plans change.
New Client Appointments
- A deposit equal to the exam fee is required to schedule all new client/new patient appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your visit balance.
- Deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Existing Client Appointments
- We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules.
- Missed appointments or appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may require a deposit for future scheduling.
- Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay future visits.
Surgery & Dental Procedure Reservations
- All surgical and anesthetic procedures require a deposit to reserve procedure time. A $100 deposit is required at scheduling and will be applied toward your final balance.
- Procedure deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 7 days notice. Procedures canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 7 days notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We understand emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, and exceptions may be considered at doctor and practice manager discretion.
