A Legend Retires

Dr. Billy B. Davis is the founder and really, the heart of what Arlington Heights Animal Hospital was built upon. As of December 2016, Dr. Billy officially retired from his position as veterinarian of AHAH. Dr. Billy has meant so much to his clients, staff, and of course his patients over his 36 years of practice.

In 1980, Dr. Billy opened the doors of AHAH at it’s original location on Tremont Avenue. Dr. Billy had a vision & love for providing compassionate and intelligent veterinary care for all animals. With hard work and dedication to his craft, he was able to accomplish that & more by nurturing a clinic which became well knit in the Fort Worth community. In November of 2013, he and his son, Dr. Jimmy Davis, opened a brand new facility for AHAH to help continue their mission of providing the best possible standard of veterinary care to all fur babies and their pet parents.

Over the years, Dr. Billy and his clients have developed a bond that only a veterinarian who exemplifies compassion, care, and faith can do. We are surely sad to see Dr. Billy leave AHAH, but feel confident that he has passed down his legacy to his son, Dr. Jimmy, who shares the same values and deep love for his clients, patients, & staff as his dad.

Dr. Billy, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have accomplished and for the care that you have given to numerous pets and their owners over the past 36 years. We promise, with using the values which you have instilled in each of us, we will continue to do you proud! Enjoy your retirement with your family doing all of the things that you love. You deserve it!
